1.6" Ordovician Starfish (Petraster?) Fossil - Morocco

This is a 1.6" wide, Ordovician aged starfish (Petraster?) from the Tiouririne Formation near Kaid rami, Morocco. The orange coloration is natural and due to the oxidation of iron. A second partial starfish is present near the complete fossil. There are a few repaired cracks and some stabilization to the rock and one crack running through the fossil.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
