Two Cretaceous Fossil Shrimp Plate - Lebanon

This is an amazing 5.2" fossil shrimp plate from Hjoula, Lebanon. This well preserved specimen contains two Carpopenaeus. In this specimen the carapaces (head), legs and abdominal scales can be seen. A portion of a negative impression of a third shrimp is obscuring one individual. There is no color enhancement or restoration on this specimen. It comes with an acrylic display stand.
