9.6" Fossil Tortoise (Stylemys) - Wyoming

This is a beautiful, 9.6" tortoise (Stylemys nebrascensis) from the Brule Formation in Wyoming. It is inflated and isn't nearly as crushed as the majority of shells found from this location. Some of the plates along the edges have been repaired and remounted back to the shell.
