Diplomystus and Knightia Fossil Fish Plate - 10.4x10.5"
This 10.4x10.5" plate of shale from the Green River Formation contains two fossil fish. The larger one is a Diplomystus dentatus and the thinner fossil fish is Knightia eocaena. It was quarried at a private quarry near Kemmerer, Wyoming.
The plate is about 3/4" thick and displays quite nicely on the included display stand.
