This is a fossil crane fly (Pronophlebia redivivia) cluster from the Green River Formation, Uintah County, Utah. This specimen contains 4 crane flies and the tip of the leaf visible on this specimen is likely of the species Cedrelospermum nervosum.
While this formation is best known for well preserved fossil fish found in Wyoming, other sections of the formation contain a very diverse insect fauna.
