Bargain, 6.1" Fossil Fish Plate (Knightia & Mioplosus)

This is a fossil fish plate from the Green River Formation of Wyoming. It contains two fish (and part of a "friend"), the largest is of which is 3.9". The detailed preservation shows bones, fin rays, and scales of these 48 million year old fossil fish.

This specimen includes an acrylic display stand.
