Large 3.2" Paralejurus Trilobite

This is a well preserved example of the Middle Devonian Moroccan trilobite, Paralejurus. At 3.2 inches in length it is quite large for the species. The specimen has great surface detail and the eyes show literally hundreds of preserved facets. The streamline shape of Paralejurus suggests that it was likely a burrowing trilobite.

There are two repaired cracks through the body where the rock was broken during collection but NO RESTORATION.
