Two Partial Fossil Pea Crabs (Pinnixa) From California - Miocene
These are two 8 million year old fossil "pea crabs", Pinnixa galliheri from the Monterey Formation of California. These crabs are only partially present, hence the reduced price. The orange coloration is due to iron oxide.
