We ship most orders using USPS first class and USPS priority mail. While these shipping methods do not have a guaranteed delivery date, the vast majority of orders are delivered within this time frame.

These express shipping options are often much more expensive than our standard shipping options.

Items in your shopping cart will remain available (for sale) on the website until the purchase has been completed.

Items are only put on hold for a brief period of time (10 minutes) when you put them in your shopping cart and this hold is extended as you go through the checkout process. But, if the purchase is not completed in a timely fashion the hold comes off than they remain available for purchase on the website.

Many countries charge import duties/taxes (such as VAT in Europe) on most items shipped to a customer in that country over a certain value. What that value cutoff is, which items get charged import taxes, and other specifics can vary greatly country by country.

Paying any applicable import taxes and duties is the responsibility of the purchaser. In most countries the local postal services or customs department will contact the recipient either by mail or phone if there are any taxes due before delivery.

We encourage our International customers to familiarize themselves with import taxes levied by their country on imports.
