1.2" Oligocene Fossil Fish (Idrissia carpathica) - Poland
This is a 1.2" long fish of the species Idrissia carpathica (Jerzmanska, 1960) preserved on a slab of limestone. It comes out of the nannofossil biozone NP24 of the Jaslo Limestone near Sobniów, Poland.
