Shipping Info And Return Policy
We primarily ship orders via USPS and UPS. DHL is available for international shipments upon request. During checkout, customers may choose their preferred shipping method. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase. Some shipments—especially those containing larger or more fragile items—may require additional handling time. To estimate shipping costs for an item or group of items, simply add them to your cart using the “Buy Now” button and click “Calculate Shipping” in the shopping cart.
Estimated delivery times are provided in business days and are based on information supplied by the shipping carriers. These estimates may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or weather conditions. International shipments in particular can be unpredictable, thus we can NOT guarantee delivery times. However, the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. All import duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees on shipments to International destinations are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. Refused shipments are subject to return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
While rare, packages can occasionally be lost or damaged during transit. We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely, but there are times when circumstances beyond our control—such as carrier handling issues—may occur.
All shipments are self-insured by us. We set aside funds to cover lost or damaged packages and will either issue a refund or provide a mutually agreeable replacement. We choose to self-insure because carrier insurance claims (USPS, UPS, DHL, and others) are often difficult and time-consuming to resolve, even when the carrier is clearly at fault.
For a shipment to be considered lost and eligible for a refund, we allow up to 30 business days for domestic orders and 60 business days for international orders. In many cases, carriers locate and deliver delayed packages rather than permanently losing them. If a package appears to be lost before these timeframes, we are often able to work with customers to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement, whenever possible.

Payment processing fees (credit card or paypal) are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party payment processors. These are typically around 3-4%
If the buyer elects to receive a refund as store credit, we can include the payment processing fees in the credit amount.
Payment processors do not refund transaction fees when an order is refunded.
These fees are deducted to ensure FossilEra can continue offering fair pricing while covering unavoidable third-party costs.
