1.25" Cretaceous Echinoid (Holectypus) Fossil in Limestone - Texas

This is a fossil echinoderm of the species Holectypus planus from the Cretaceous Fredericksburg Limestone of Pecos County, Texas. This echinoid is in excellent condition, has been partially prepped free from the limestone it was found in and measures 1.25" in length.
