1.4" Cretaceous Fossil Fish Vertebrae In Rock - Morocco

This is a 1.4" long string of vertebra from phosphate deposits, Khouribga, Morocco. This specimen contains four associated vertebrae still contained in the rock in which they were found. There is a second smaller string of vertebrae in the rock as well.

There are a number of fish from the cretaceous seas in what is now Morocco. It is almost impossible to make an accurate identification from vertebrae.

Comes with an acrylic stand.
