1.45" Cyphaspis Walteri With Gerastos Trilobite - Mrakib, Morocco

This is a 1.45" long Cyphaspis walteri trilobite collected from the Bou Dib Formation near Mrakib, Morocco. There is a pair of gerastos trilobites associated next to it. There is only a few small spots of shell restoration on the gerastos.

This species was Cyphaspis was finally formally described in 2014. A link to the paper can be found below.
