3.3" Hoploscaphite Ammonite With Preserved Jaws

This is a very interesting ammonite specimen. It's a 3.3" wide Hoploscaphites comprimus with an associated jaws/mouthplate preserved. It comes from the Fox Hills Formation of South Dakota and is beautifully preserved. The hard concretion it was found in was sculpted to created a free standing display that is quite aesthetic.
