3.6" Cluster Of Polished Fossil Sand Dollars & Clams - California

This is a really cool, 3.6" wide cluster of fossil sand dollars (Dendraster) and clams (Psuedocardium) from the Etchegoin Formation of California. The fossils have been carefully polished and left partially embedded in the sandstone to create a beautiful display piece. The base of the rock has been cut flat so that it stands up nicely on a hard surface without the need for a display stand.
