5.3" Eocene Fossil Leaf (Ficus) - Tennessee

This is a fossil leaf of Ficus sp., collected from the Eocene age Wilcox Formation of Henry County, Tennessee. The dark orange-brown preservation contrasts nicely against light brown rock and portions of the leaf have excellent venation preservation.
