This is a giant, 5.6" wide, 3D fossil Echinoid of the genus Clypeaster collected near Taza, Morocco. This specimen is prepped completely free of the rock.

Animals of the Clypeaster genus are more commonly referred to as "sea biscuits or cake urchins. The genus first appeared in the Late Eocene and survives until today.
