5.9" Oligocene Fossil Deep-Sea Hatchetfish (Polyipnus) Plate - Poland

This 5.9" wide limestone plate contains two deep-sea hatchetfishes of the species Polyipnus sobnioviensis n. sp., the most complete of which is 1.2" long. The specimen comes out of the nannofossil biozone NP24 of the Jaslo Limestone near Sobniów, Poland.

Comes with an acrylic display stand.
