6" Fossil Dinosaur Bone Section - North Dakota
This is a 6" wide section of dinosaur bone from the Hell Creek Formation in North Dakota. Based on abundance and the location of collection, it's very likely that this either came from Edmontosaurus or Triceratops. It appears to be the proximal end of a rib that would have articulated with the vertebrae, however its tough to tell.
It comes with an acrylic display stand.
There is some repair along the thinnest portions of the bone, along with some restoration.
