.8" Fossil Fruit (Amersinia) - North Dakota

This is the fruit of a Paleocene age fossil flowering plant (Amersinia obtrullata), collected from the Sentinel Butte Formation of North Dakota. It is finely detailed and the light preservation contrasts well against the dark orangish-brown rock.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
