Bargain Metacanthina (Asteropyge) Trilobite - 1.4"

This is a bargain example of the trilobite, Metacanthina issoumourensis often referred to as an "Asteropyge" or “Kayserops”. The dark colored shell contrasts nicely against the light colored rock. The eye facets and and shell detail can easily been seen. The shell preservation and preparation is quite nice, it just has some disarticulation in the body, hence the bargain price. No repair or restoration.
