Huge, Detailed Ordovician Brittle Star (Ophiura) - Morocco #352612
This is a huge, 6.8" wide fossil brittle star (Ophiura sp.) from the Kataoua Formation of Morocco. It is Ordovician in age, approximately 450 million years old. The red/prance coloration is natural and due to the oxidization of iron pyrite.

It comes with an acrylic display stand.
