Large Ammonite Plate Three Species - France

This is a very unique and beautiful associate of Middle Jurassic ammonites from Port en Bessin, France. The ammonites are Bajocian stage or approximately 170 million years old. There are three ammonite species present on the plate. Two large Perisphinctes, the larger of which is 6 inches wide. Two uncoiled Spiroceras ammonites and a 2.7" wide Strigoceras ammonite. In addition to the ammonites there are three species of small gastropods and two species of clams.

This is the nicest ammonite plate I've seen from this location.
