Huge 17.7" Wide Euaspidoceras Ammonite Fossil

This is a HUGE 17.7" wide ammonite fossil from Madagascar. It is Jurassic in age and it was collected in the Mahajanga Province. The genus on this one appears to be Euaspidoceras. It's been lightly polished and this polishing reveals the beautiful suture pattern which lies below the shell. This massive specimen weighs 32 pounds and would make a magnificent display.
