Serrated 3.04" Chubutensis Tooth - Megalodon Ancestor
This is a glossy, serrated 3.04 long fossil shark tooth collected in South Carolina.It is from Carcharocles chubutensis an ancestor of the Megalodon shark. It has small cusps at the edge of the tooth which sets it apart. Very nice tooth overall, the teeth are much harder to find than the Megalodon teeth. It comes with an acrylic display stand.
