Sweet 2.7 Inch Isotelus Maximus From Ohio

This is a nice Isotelus maximus from the Arnheim Formation formation of Ohio. Many are found enrolled but this one is laid out pretty nicely. It has great detail, and the shell contrasts well with the light grey matrix. There is some repair and restoration but it's less than on most Isotelus from this formation. Really a nice trilobite.

Isotelus maximus is the the official state fossil of Ohio.
