ADMIRE PALLASITE METEORITES FOR SALE

The first documented piece of this meteor was collected in 1881 by a farmer plowing his field near the city of Admire in Lyon County, Kansas. Approximately 180 kilograms were initially recovered, but more recent discoveries bring the total, known mass to about 2 metric tons. Pallasites are one of the rarest types of iron-rich meteorites, and the Admire pallasite contains a mixture of olivine crystals and nickel-iron metal in approximately equal amounts. Thin slicing of these pallasites shows off the olivine's (forsterite) translucency beautifully when backlit.

Experience the allure of space with Admire pallasite meteorites for sale. These captivating treasures showcase olivine crystals suspended in a metallic matrix, displaying a direct link to celestial origins.
