MAGNESIO-HASTINGSITE FOR SALE

Magnesio-hastingsite (or magnesiohastingsite) is a magnesium-rich calcium amphibole, a type of silicate mineral in the hornblende group. Often it appears green, brownish-green, or black, and is named for its magnesium content and relation to hastingsite. Typically it's found in alkaline igneous rocks, often associated with minerals like quartz, orthoclase, plagioclase, biotite, magnetite, and apatite. The type locality is in the Canadian National Railway tunnel of Montreal in Quebec, Canada.
