2.9" Fibrous Malachite and Rhombohedral Calcite on Limonite - Mexico

This colorful specimen features aggregations of fibrous malachite and rhombohedral calcite crystals that formed from a limonitic matrix. It was collected from the Ojuela Mine in Durango, Mexico. Radiating clusters of hemimorphite crystals can be found along the underside of the specimen.
