2.9" Light Blue, Bladed Barite Crystal Cluster - Morocco

This is a beautiful specimen of blue, bladed barite crystals. A small deposit from the iron based matrix can still be seen along the edges of some crystals. These barite crystals were mined at Sidi Lahcen, Nador, Morocco from pockets in brecciated rock.
