4.5" Rhodochrosite Stalactite Section - Gorgeous

This is a gorgeous, polished stalactite end-cut of rhodochrosite from the famous Capillitas Mine in Argentina. The face of this specimen has been polished to a mirror-like finish, with the back side of the specimen remaining rough and in its natural form. A large section of the exterior mineralization has been broken away from this specimen. The edge of this specimen has been cut flat, allowing for aesthetic presentation without the need for a display stand.
