3.1" Thomsonite (Zeolite) With Stilbite - India

This is an incredible 3.1" long specimen of the zeolite Thomsonite from the Maharashtra province of India. Thomsonite is one of the rarest zeolites found in the volcanic rocks in the area. This fuzzy ball of Thompsonite has a beautiful peach to red coloration, and measure 1.45" across.

large tabular stilbite crystals can be found surrounding the thompsonite crystal sphere, leaving this specimen with an aesthetically appealing display.
