These are small fossil coral (Hexagonaria percarinata) specimens from Michigan. They have been polished to a glossy finish on one side which really allows for the detailed structures of the coral head to be seen.
The photos are representative of the specimens you will receive but don't picture the exact ones. They vary in exact shape and patterning, though they all range from 1 to 1.5" wide.

About Petoskey Stones
Known locally as Petoskey stones, this fossil coral is commonly found along the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Huron, as well as in rock quarries stretching from Alpena to Traverse City, Michigan. Petoskey stones are officially designated as the state stone of Michigan.
