Worry stones are smooth, polished stones, usually in the shape of an oval, with a thumb-sized indentation. They are often used by people for relaxation or anxiety relief purposes, the same way as some people use a fidget spinner. Typically, worry stones are 1 1/2 to 2 inches across. They may also be referred to as palm stones, thumb stones, fidget stones, etc.

About Chocolate Calcite

Chocolate calcite from Pakistan is a visually striking variety of banded calcite characterized by rich, earthy brown and creamy beige tones. Its layered appearance often resembles swirls of chocolate and caramel, giving the stone a warm and inviting aesthetic. These patterns are the result of rhythmic mineral deposition over time, typically in limestone or dolostone environments.

Found primarily in Balochistan, Pakistan, this calcite is typically polished into decorative slabs, spheres, and freeform shapes that showcase its vivid banding. Though not rare, chocolate calcite is prized for its aesthetic appeal and is popular in interior design and metaphysical circles. Like all calcites, it has a Mohs hardness of 3 and should be handled with care to avoid scratching or acid damage.
