This is an Eocene aged fossil leaf of Cedrelospermum nervosum, an extinct species of plant classified within the Ulmaceae family, which includes modern trees like elm and hackberry. The leaf is 1.55" long and is associated with a partial sycamore (Macginitiea wyomingensis) leaf.
It comes from the Green River Formation in Uintah County, Utah. While this formation is best known for well-preserved fossil fish found in Wyoming, other sections of the formation contain very diverse flora and insect fauna.
