This is a 10.6" long stromatolite fossil, collected from the Mesoarchean (~2.925 billion years) Red Lake greenstone belt deposits located at Red Lake in Ontario, Canada. It has been cut flat on both sides and polished to a glossy finish on one.
It comes with an acrylic display stand.
