13.2" Amazing Plate Of Carpoid & Brittle Star Fossils - Morocco

This is an impressive plate of highly detailed Ordovician-aged echinoderm fossils from the Kataoua Formation of Morocco. It features three exceptionally large carpoids alongside a 6-inch-wide brittle star, with numerous smaller carpoids scattered across the surrounding limestone. The variety, size, and arrangement of the fossils make this an outstanding display piece.

The plate measures 13.2 x 10 inches and comes with a sturdy metal display stand. There are a few repaired cracks through the rock, but no fossil restoration.
