5" Orthoceras & Goniatite Fossil Ashtray

This is a hand-made 5" wide ashtray made from polished rock containing 400 million year old Orthoceras (a type of straight cephalopod) and Goniatite (a primitive ammonite) fossils. This fossiliferous stone quarried in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco and locally worked into this very interesting stoneware. Each piece is unique, has been polished and coated for protection.
