.50" Ankylosaur or Nodosaur Tooth (Premolar) - Wyoming
This is a .50" tooth (premolar) from an indeterminate ankylosaurian or nodosaurid. It was collected from the Lance Creek Formation of Wyoming. Not enough diagnostic material has been uncovered and studied from this formation for identification down to the species level. The tooth is beautifully preserved with a nice shiny enamel surface.
