6.7" Homalonotid (Iberocoryphe?) Trilobite - Very Rare!

This is an exceptionally rare and currently undescribed homalonotid trilobite from Agdez, Morocco. It shows notable similarities to the genus Iberocoryphe, which has been described from France. Only a handful of specimens have ever been encountered, and after several years of searching, we were fortunate to acquire this impressive example.

The specimen measures 6.7 inches in length and features small spines along the axial rings that gradually increase in size toward the rear. Approximately 2% of the shell has been restored, primarily along repaired cracks.
