Detailed Fossil Ants (Formicidae) & Fly (Diptera) In Baltic Amber
These are two amazingly detailed, 44 million year old fossil ants (Family Formicidae) and a fossil fly (order Diptera) preserved in Baltic Amber. The largest ant is about 2mm in length.
