Detailed Fossil Flies, Wasp & Oak Flower In Baltic Amber
This is a beautiful association of detailed, 44 million year fossil flies (order Diptera), a wasp (order Hymenoptera) and an Oak Flower preserved in baltic amber. The Oak Flower is about 4mm wide.
As a reminder, most inclusions in baltic amber are extremely small so magnification will be needed to make out much detail. Included with your order is a physical photo of the specimen, and we will also email you a high resolution digital copy.
