Fossil Beetle (Coleoptera) & Two Ants (Formicidae) In Baltic Amber
This piece of 44 million year old baltic amber has three preserved insect inclusions, a beetle (order Coleoptera) and two ants (gamily Formicidae). The largest ant is about 2.5mm in length.
