Hoploscaphites Brevis Ammonite Cluster

This is a beautiful Hoploscaphites brevis from the Pierre Shale of South Dakota. It was found inside of a hard concretion and the rock had to be meticulously prepared away. The base has been cut flat to display the ammonite without the need of a stand.
