Slice Pleuroceras Ammonite Nodule - 2.5" Wide

This is a nodule containing a Pleuroceras ammonite fossil from Burgebrach, Germany which has been cut in half and polished. This allows the detail of the inner chambers to be seen. These ammonites are Lower Jurassic in age, approximately 185 million years old.
