1.9" Polished Sodalite Skull
This is a 1.9" long specimen of sodalite that was collected from Minas Gerais in Brazil. It has been meticulously polished and sculpted into a skull. The detailing is quite intricate and symmetrical.
Sodalite is blue stone is almost invariably veined with white streaks or markings. Lapis Lazuli can appear similar to Sodalite with its intensely blue color, though it is usually associated with sparkling Pyrite, which Sodalite lacks.
