10.5" Dark Amethyst Crystal From Uruguay - Metal Stand
This is a gorgeous, dark amethyst crystal cluster on a custom metal stand. The cluster itself is 10.5" tall and stands 12.7" tall on the stand. The crystals are very dark, free of damage and the agate "rind" around the cluster has been nicely polished. A gorgeous display stand is included.
About Uruguay Amethyst
Though Brazil produces a greater volume of amethyst, the material from the Artigas region of Uruguay is renowned for its exceptional depth of color and superb crystal quality. Uruguayan amethyst typically forms in dense basalt flows and develops into richly saturated, grape-purple crystals that are considered some of the finest in the world.
