Small Dawn Redwood (Metasequoia) Fossils Grade B - Montana

These are fossil Dawn Redwood (Metasequoia occidentalis) branches from the Muddy Creek Formation of Beaverhead County, Montana. Each of these detailed fossils is on a thin piece of tan colored shale. The exact size of the pieces varies, but most of the pieces are 1 1/2 to 2 1/2" across. The photos are representative of the fossils you will receive but don't picture the exact ones.
