1.2" Purple, Spiny Leonaspis Trilobite - Zireg, Morocco
This is a 1.2" long, spiny Leonaspis trilobite from Zireg, Morocco. This purple coloration is unique to the location and due iron based minerals being present during the shell replacement. It is nicely prepared with some free-standing spines and no restoration.
